When asked about her absolute favorite thing in the world, Amy chose curling up in a comfy chair with a blanket, a good book, and a warm cup of tea—bonus points if there’s a thunderstorm rumbling outside. Living in Montana, those cozy stormy days are few and far between, which only makes them more special.

Amy dreams of traveling everywhere she can: Hawaii for its beauty, Germany to explore her roots, and Alaska for a true fishing adventure. Honestly, there aren’t many places she doesn’t want to see.

A reminder Amy often has to give herself is, “If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got,” a quote often credited to Henry Ford. She’s a self-proclaimed comfort-zone lover, but she knows that life really begins the moment she steps outside of it.
