Sound Dental Care has a formal process for receiving, investigating, and resolving concerns about our services.
When the practice receives a complaint, Sound Dental Care will contact the person making the complaint and start an investigation within five calendar days of receipt of the complaint. The practice will attempt to resolve the complaint within 14 days of receipt of the complaint.
